1. Agreement to Terms
By installing and using the **World Time Slider** mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
2. Scope of Service
The App provides a comparative timezone layout with slider calculations. All features are provided "as-is". Time offset definitions, Daylight Saving Time (DST) transitions, and calculations are query estimations based on offline databases. You are advised to double-check meeting slots before critical schedules.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for confirming actual timezone rules if a region changes daylight savings rules at short notice.
4. Intellectual Property
The design, source code, graphics, and branding assets of the App are owned by the developers and are protected under copyright laws. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from scheduling errors, meeting mismatches, or missed appointments related to calculations inside the App.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate support, updates, or availability of the App at any time without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
